The build is new player friendly with a low skill level requirement while also being disability friendly with very low button usage (the build can be played with 1 button, and nearly optimally with 2). My current favorite build and the one I would be most likely to league start with, 'The Blender' provides an all around toolkit with no glaring weaknesses.
